Your first free Guest Visit will take about 30 minutes and includes a tour of the facilities, explanation of the circuit and a chat with one of our friendly Instructors! They will listen to any concerns about your health and figure and explain what you could achieve. They will also recommend how often you will need to attend and when you can expect to see the results you are hoping for. There is no obligation to join of course. If you feel that Gymophobics is for you, your Instructor will explain about the trial period and membership options. With memberships from less than a 1 pound per day, Gymophobics is kind to your pocket and you can pay monthly if you wish.
If you feel more comfortable attending with a friend you're very welcome to do so, just let us know when we book your session time.
