LOSE 7LBS in 7 WEEKS RESULTS!!!!!

 

Our Ladies that took part in our Competition had fantastic results. All that was required of the competition was that ladies lost weight during the 7 weeks and attended 3 x a week.#

Our results were:

Jo - 26lbs in 7 weeks

Claire - 15lbs in 7 weeks - (Claire was also following the Gymophobics 54321 Diet Plan)

Ginny - 8 1/2 lbs in 7 weeks

Kate - 7lbs in 7 weeks

Tina - 7lbs in 7 weeks
