School Summer Holiday Programme - 26th July to 5th Sept inc

MUMS, don't let the school holidays intefere with your regular 30 minute workouts!

Throughout the school summer holidays bring your daughters along with you. At present the youngest we have is aged 11, however as long as they are big enough to use most of our equipment, we will design a summer holiday programme for them.

Cost: £5.00 per week

Ladies Day & 'Take That' Party - Thursday 19th August

Ladies...it's back! We all had such lovely fun time at Fontwell last year, how could we possibly not keep it as a regular event on our social calendar?

For those who want a flutter there will be 6 races followed by 'live music' from the 'Take That Experience'.

Also if you want to put on your best frock and hat there will be a 'best dressed lady' competition. There will be plenty of refreshment stalls at the venue and of course the 'Pimms Tent'. However you can always bring along your own picnic!

We have hired the Big lemon Bus to transport us again, (don't worry you can't smell the cooking fat!), which leaves Gymophobics at 3pm.

Last year we arrived back at the gym around 10pm. Please don't worry about getting home from the gym, as we can always arrange lifts to get you home safely.

All you have to do is book yourself a place and join us in the fun. You can bring a friend(s), or just book a place for yourself, you will soon make new friends, and as you know, we are very good at looking out for each other at Gymophobics!

Birthday Party - Friday 22nd October

A Date for you diary.......

YOU are invited to our 2nd Birthday party.

YES! We are already making plans to celebrate our 2nd birthday in style this year.

This year our party will be held at Sprinters Bar, Coral Greyhound Stadium.

We plan to have something for everyone, fun quiz, talent show (volunteers permitting!), music and dancing, raffle, awards and lots more!

Tickets to be booked in advance, and the sooner the better to help us with catering.
