URGENT PRESS RELEASE
 

A whole new wardrobe for member of the year Pam!
 

When Pam Donker’s arthritis in her knees got progressively worse she knew she had to take action, never did she think that less than 12 months later she would be crowned member of the year by a local ladies only gym. Pam initially started to follow a healthy eating plan, but decided that she needed to really go for it if she stood the best chance of achieving her goals. So Pam, at the age of 68, decided to join a local ladies only gym, Gymophobics, and has not looked back since.

Pam comments “By following my healthy eating plan and attending the gym 3 times a week I have lost a massive 3 stone 2.5 pounds and 36.5 inches. I am now a dress size 14 instead of a 22. I have lost weight before by watching my eating, but I have never kept the weight off and that is all thanks to the programme at  Gymophobics”

Pam has also seen a dramatic improvement in her health. “The arthritis in my knee is much improved and I feel like a different person”

Pam looks like a whole different person too, not only because of the dramatic inch and weight loss, but because her husband was so impressed with his new look wife that he treated her to a whole new wardrobe of clothes.

As if the weight loss and new look were not enough, Pam has now been crowned Gymophobics Chelmsford member of the year. To celebrate her achievements Gymophobics founder, Donna Hubbard came to meet Pam to congratulate her in person. Donna comments “Pam has done so well, not only does she look and feel better in herself, but the improvement in her arthritis is just fantastic. We are delighted with her achievements and Pam will now be put forward for the Gymophobics National Member of the year award and we wish her the very best of luck as she flies the flag for  Chelmsford”
