Gymophobics Colchester is now entering its 4th successful year. Over that time we have helped over 1,500 women to achieve their fitness goals and to achieve the body shape that they have always wanted. We are conveniently situated in The Hythe, just 2 minutes from Tesco and B&Q and opposite the famous Italian restaurant Portofino. We are just a short drive from Colchester town centre and our site allows us to offer you ample free parking. In addition the the 30 minute workout out, Gymophobics Colchester also has a full time beautician offering everything from body wraps, facials, manicures and pedicures to spray tans. You can also supplement your workout by attending our fantastic Danceacise classes. We also have Funky Gym which targets young girls aged between 11 - 16.
