Gymophobics Team of the Year Goes Tooo!!!!!

What a Fantastic start to 2012. The Instructors at Gymophobics Ipswich (Gill, Stacey, Andrea, Nikki, Monica, Karen, Adele and Grace) were given the award of being the best team of Gymophobics Instructors in the whole of the UK.

Well Done Girls All that Enthusiasm, Encouragement, Motivation and Smiling Paid off

Gymophobics Ipswich Staff and members went Punk for red nose day with music from the sex pistols to the stranglers. A great day had by all and £360.00 raised for a worthy cause.

IPSWICH GYM OWNERS WIN PRESTIGIOUS NATIONAL AWARD

Andy and Lorraine Phillips picked up a National Achievement Award at Gymophobics national Awards ceremony in Coventry on January 8^th.

The award was in recognition of the way that they have revived Ipswich Gymophobics since they took over December 2008.

Andy and Lorraine already owned the Bury St Edmonds Gymophobics which has long been one of the most successful in the country under their stewardship and when they saw that Ipswich was up for sale, they quickly jumped in. It was not until they took a really close look however that they realised how much work was required to bring Ipswich up to the standard of their Bury facility.

Now, following months of hard work and a major investment of capital, the Ipswich Gymophobics has got back its WOW factor. Staff have been enthused at the facelift and members have responded by introducing their friends. Membership is now back where it should be and Andy & Lorraine were rewarded with a totally unexpected Award when they attended Gymophobics annual event.

What next for Andy & Lorraine? It is rumoured that they are contemplating opening their third Gymophobics shortly and an announcement may be imminent.

Total Inch and weight loss at Ipswich for January's re-assessments 140inches and 8stone 6pounds.

Top loser was Thara Thangavel member No 115791 who has lost 2stone 7pounds and 37.75 inches in 3 months.

Well done ladies for working off all that Christmas stuffing !!!
