THE 54321 FOOD PLAN
The Gymophobics 54321 Food Plan was devised by our Company Dietitian Sue Norton exclusively for our Members. Sue has a Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and an Advanced Diploma in Dietetics.
Sue works in both the NHS as well as the private sector and is kept busy with TV appearances, exhibitions and writing for magazines such as Good Health, Essentials & Good Housekeeping.
The 54321 Food Plan is unique. Members have described it as the easiest, most enjoyable slimming plan they have ever tried. More importantly, weight loss is very impressive with most members losing half a stone or more each month.
The 54321 Food Plan is not a Fad Diet. It conforms in every way to Government healthy eating guidelines. Each day you can have :
5 portions of fruit & vegetables (F & V)
4 portions of carbohydrates (Carbs)
3 portions of dairy products (Dairy)
2 portions of proteins (Prot)
1 portion of fats & oils (F & O)
The Plan includes Free Foods and Daily Snacks and takes your Gym sessions into account allowing you to have a higher calorie intake if you do more exercise.
