VIKKI HAS LOST AN AMAZING 1 ½ STONE

AND 19 INCHES AND GONE FROM A SIZE 16 DOWN TO A SIZE 12 IN JUST 12 WEEKS!

 

Here’s what Vikki had to say:

“Well,  I've reached the end of my 12 week programme with Gymophobics...and I'm amazed at the results.

The whole experience has been brilliant,  with the support and encouragement of all the  fab staff I've reached a weight I never thought possible in 12 months let alone 12 weeks!

Together with a healthy eating plan and at least 3 visit to Gymophobics a week I am feeling so much better about myself, not only have I lost weight I have gained confidence.

The friendly and welcoming atmosphere at Gymophobics has had a lot to do with me continuing with the programme. I look forward to going to the gym  and seeing the results, but also to meet up with all the lovely people I've met since joining. We're all in the same boat so we have been encouraging each other, swapping stories about diets and previous tried and failed weight lost programmes, with lots of laughs along the way.

ACTIVE DUO GO THE EXTRA MILE….that’s what the papers say!

STAFFORD GYMOPHOBICS INSTRUCTORS ENDURANCE FEATE RAISES MONEY FOR BROTHER & SISTER DIAGNOSED WITH FRIEDRIECH ATAXIA.

Each Gymophobics facility throughout the UK is individually operated by franchisees and when the two children of the Chesterfield franchisee were diagnosed with a nerve damaging illness called Friedriech Ataxia the other owners resolved to raise money towards their treatment and ongoing research.

At their annual Awards night in January each gym pledged to raise a minimum of £200 but when Stafford’s franchisees Carol and Henryk Szor discussed it with their staff Lynn Brown and Dawn Hipkins they soon had bigger plans!

Lynn and Dawn run the award winning 54321 Slimming Club at the Stafford gym, and organised a sponsored slim with their members which, over 12 weeks, raised more than £800 and, not content with letting the members do the hard work in raising funds, on Saturday April 2nd. Dawn and Lynn set out on a sponsored ‘Power-Walk’ from their Stafford workplace in Greyfriars to the Wolverhampton Gymophobics, a distance of some 18 plus miles and if that was not gruelling enough, cycle the 18 miles back!!!...

On their return to Stafford Gymophobics they were met by more than 50 members to cheer them home. Carol and Henryk organised a reception party with refreshments and a royal spread of home cooked pork baps were generously provided by Claire Locket and her husband David of Brockton Farm in Eccleshall. Various cakes and sandwiches were also donated by generous gym members to raise further funds.

Henryk and Carol invited the children AJ and Elise to attend with their mother Marie-Vic and their aunty Monique. They were presented with a cheque for £1,400 …with a bit more to follow from Lynn and Dawn and the fabulous members of Stafford Gymophobics
