 When Stephanie Hough started her career with Gymophobics it was at their flagship Lichfield branch, She never dreamed that 3 years later she would be ready to open her own Gymophobics in Tamworth. Since opening in October 2006 Stephanie and her team of qualified Instructor at Gymophobics Tamworth have helped its ladies lose a staggering 12,269 inches so far and is continuing to help ladies of ages and fitness levels.
