“Like every one else, Gymophobics Centres throughout the UK are in lock-down. But that doesn’t mean that we have fallen asleep on the sofa.

“Quite the reverse actually as we are creating more exercise videos than ever before and providing all sorts of useful member information, coaching tips, recipes, etc on our members area. These are added on an almost daily basis.

“From the hundreds of comments our Members send in we know that they are doing their best to stay in shape during the lock-down and plan to resume their visits when we re-open in as good a shape as before (If not better of course).

“I know that our hundreds of Instructors are champing at the bit to get back to work and are thinking of you with each day that passes.

“I hope very much that you are joining me on-line each week day morning at 11am for my exercise classes. If you want more there are a variety of sessions to be found on the members web site too. Do be determined to do one of these sessions every day and get out for a brisk walk of at least 20 minutes too if possible.

“One final thing. Don’t be tempted to snack more out of boredom just because you are trapped in the house. When you think you are hungry, drink two glasses of water! Dehydration can often be confused with hunger!
