At Gymophobics Hatfield we pride ourselves on putting our members first. Our dedicated Gymophobics instructors create personalised exercise programs catered exactly to your individual needs, and are there to support you every step of the way!
Our ladies only centre is not one based on getting you to fit a mould, but to work on your fitness in a way that is right for you. At Gymophobics Hatfield, we welcome ladies of all ages and abilities.

We not only guide you through fitness, but host social events, and offer a coffee area for you to relax and socialise!
