Lowering Blood Pressure with Vibration

Scientists at the National Rehabilitation Centre in Japan asked volunteers with moderately high blood pressure to use vibration therapy to jolt the body three times a week for a month.

Results showed a significant fall in both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.

It will be interesting to monitor those members with high blood pressure to see if they achieve similar results when using the newly installed vibration equipment now available at most Gymophobics Centres.
