As NASA prepare to return to the Moon, Gymophobics are becoming the first to adopt space technology. Members will have use of vibrating power plate machines which make atrophied muscle fibres contract and tighten, resulting in super fast toning and inch loss!
NASA discovered the benefits of vibration when early astronauts returned from Space and had ‘lost’ muscle tone due to being unable to exercise . Scientists found that they could solve the problem by using vibration and now Gymophobics members will be able to benefit from this same technology. Vibration Plates are gradually being introduced to all their Centres as a way of speeding up toning and inch loss.
