Exciting times! The Gymophobics expansion gathers pace as a lovely new Centre opens in Darwen near Blackburn!
One of the world’s leading experts on low sugar dieting was a VIP guest at the Southport Centre and gave a fascinating talk about the way that his patients are overcoming type 2 diabetes. Dr Unwin still finds the time to run his own GP surgery whilst writing books and lecturing all over the world.
Our Founder Donna Hubbard was delighted to meet up with Dr Unwin and his lovely wife Jen who is a distinguished Psychologist who works with people with food addictions.
Since taking over the Southport Centre, owners Anne and Helena have completely refurbished it and the Centre is now probably one of the most attractive in the group.
Southport Gymophobics first opened its doors in 2007 and since then has helped hundreds of women of all ages to be the best they can be!
