Exciting times! The Gymophobics expansion gathers pace as a lovely new Centre opens in Darwen near Blackburn!
Seannie joined Gymophobics Uttoxeter two years ago and had already lost over six stone which was amazing! She had set her mind to eat healthily and take regular exercise.
The team helped Seannie start her Gymophobics journey, they focused on helping her tone her body and get through the last stages of her weight loss. Even during lockdown Seannie managed to keep going, doing the classes at home and walking everyday.
Since joining Gymophobics she has lost an incredible five stone and 39.4 inches! She has now reached her goal and has been prescribed a toning and figure shaping programme to help her keep her fabulous results!
