Hessle Gymophobics first opened its doors on 18/03/2016 and since then has worked with ladies of all ages from Teens to seventy plus. The Hessle franchise is owned by Cheryl and Tony.
Gymophobics is a supportive, ladies-only community focused on helping women improve their overall wellbeing – physically and mentally. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, boost your mental health, improve mobility, or simply feel better in yourself, our warm and welcoming environment is here for you. With personalised guidance from caring coaches and a non-intimidating space where you can go at your own pace, you’ll feel supported every step of the way.
