At Gymophobics, we carry out reassessments every 10–12 weeks.
These are a great opportunity to do a full check-in including, weight, measurements, and a review of your progress. It’s a chance to see how you’re tracking toward your goals and, if needed, adjust your programme to keep you moving in the right direction. Your success is our priority, and we’re here to support you every step of the way!
On top of reassessments every 3 weeks your instructors will check in with you to ensure that you are happy with your programme and can make small changes to keep your moving forwards in time for your reassessment.
